Yes, all sales are final, we do not accept returns, however, this is why we send you free samples; that way, you know what you are getting.

Do these tiles have variations in color?

Yes, these tiles are handmade, so the variations can be  quite different, however this was how the original Victorian tiles were, so the tiles are historically accurate.
